Yes, with a flight monitoring mechanism in all our airport transfer vehicles, we monitor the flight and we will do our best to arrive early or on time whenever your flight lands.

One of our chauffeurs will arrive at the airport 15 min prior to the scheduled pick up and will be holding a sign or name-board. You will also be notified via message just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. Moreover, you can always call the chauffeur or the team. Yes, of course. All our chauffeurs have signed a confidentiality agreement with the Regency Of London. You can discuss whatever you want without fear of data leakage. What is discussed inside the car, remains in the car.

Sorry, we operate a non-smoking policy inside the car and also don’t allow eating in the car. However, we offer bottled water for free and refreshments as per the demand.

Our most common vehicles are luxury Mercedes V Class, Mercedes S class and E Class, we also have the beautiful Rolls Royce, Range Rover and Tesla available for VIP bookings. We have vehicles to suit each requirement. Our Mercedes S class, E Class, Rolls Royce, Range Rover and Tesla easily accommodate three passengers and The Mercedes V Class conveys six passengers with their luggage.

We always track your flights and arrive accordingly after the landing time. However, if your flight is delayed by 30, we don’t charge extra. But if your flight is delayed 1 hour or more then waiting time charges will apply. If your flight is cancelled by the airline then full charges will apply because the chauffeur is restricted to do another job.
